And so it begins.

Just over two months to go...

One more day..

We went on a tour of our new house from the previous owners to get the low down on the sprinkler system and the speakers. Pretty much every room but the bedrooms have speakers which is pretty sweet. The only bad thing is that they are all wired to J's bedroom downstairs. The guy that owned the house before us was a bit of an audiophile, so the set up is really sweet. I am getting very excited. It will be nice to be a home owner again!

Crunch Time

Things are getting crazy in the McKeehan/Chow household. J had his band awards tonight, so we had to throw that in between packing for the new house and getting ready for the end of the school year. We close on our house on Thursday and are planning on moving on Saturday. It is getting very exciting. Our last day of school is next Wednesday. I got a hammock for fathers day, as well as a coupon for one full day of reading; I was planning on saving the coupon, but I don't think it will last past next week.  I can't wait to get the hammock up in the back yard!

J's Soccer

J's team had a very important soccer game today. While they came up on the short side of the score, they played very hard. J had a strong game, especially in the second half. He threw himself into defense and contested every ball. (The picture is from an earlier tournament, but works none the less.)

My New Blog

I am finnaly joing the Blogger Revolution (mainly so I can complain that I am not considered part of the press). This is for those of you that might be interested in what I think (Mom and Dad)(OK, just Dad), and those that want to see pictures of my three wonderful kids. Anyway I hope you look at it at least once.
