School is coming to a close, so maybe I will be able to update more often, we'll see. J just finished his
lacrosse season. He had a lot of fun, but the team didn't have a lot of success, which
frustrated him. He played very well for a first year player. After the season, he dyed his
lacrosse head purple and white. It looks very cool. He did an awesome job.
M is in the middle of her first volleyball season. She is having a great time. She went from being very frustrated at practice to being a starter and on the floor for the majority of the time. Her team has one every match so far. She decided to play after she and I went to see the
UW play
USC. (Thanks, Eddie!)
I am enjoying being done with baseball and actually having some free time. We have tons of work
around the house that needs to be done and it is nice to be able to get to that and have some time to myself. J and I were able to
sneak away for a romantic dinner at
Salty's on Saturday night for the first time since before R was born! We had some excellent
Calamari that was so rich it made us both sick. We took a walk along the boardwalk afterwards and had a great time talking
about nothing.
The two little ones are growing like weeds and doing new things every day and keeping us very busy.
